The karate club trains at the following times every Monday and Thursday throughout the year, apart from bank holidays.
- Monday 5.45 – 6.45pm Adult / Children Beginners Class
- Monday 7:00-8.30pm – All Grades
- Monday 8.30pm – 9.00pm Kumite Squad Session (Squad members only)
- Thursday 4.45 – 5.30pm – Junior Beginners 5 to 10 age Shotokan Tigers
- Thursday 5.45 – 6.45pm – Junior Kyu Grade Class
- Thursday 7:00-8:30pm – All Grades
You should make sure you arrive in good time to be changed and ready to begin training by the time the class starts.
